Beverly Cota was raised in Orange, California, where she learned early on that success comes from hard work and determination. From a young age, she set her sights on two goals: owning her own home and building a career in real estate. At just 20 years old, she achieved her first major milestone — purchasing her first home in historic Old Towne Orange. From there, she focused on building wealth and strategically used the equity in her first home to purchase additional properties throughout Orange and Anaheim Hills — both for personal use and as income-generating investments.

After college, Beverly launched her real estate career and has spent over 35 years helping others achieve their homeownership and investment goals. She specializes in marketing homes for sale and guiding buyers through the process of finding the perfect property — whether it's a first home, a dream home, or a smart investment. She provides strong negotiating skills and has meticulous attention to detail. Her clients appreciate her honest approach, extensive knowledge and personalized service.

Beverly currently lives in Orange County with three of her four children. A devoted animal lover, she’s an advocate for pet adoption and has rescued both her cat and dog. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, playing tennis, working out, and traveling.
